Mouthology Dental Professional Program — Terms & Conditions

Who This Program Is For The Mouthology Dental Professional Program is open to licensed dental hygienists and dentists with a valid US shipping address. By requesting a sample or participating in the program, you confirm that you hold an active dental hygiene credential.

Free Sample Complimentary samples are limited to one (1) 3-pack per person and per shipping address. Requests that appear to duplicate an existing claim may be declined. Mouthology reserves the right to verify professional credentials and to decline any request at our discretion.

Your Discount Code Upon enrollment, you'll receive a personal discount code. Your code is intended for sharing with patients, colleagues, and your audience. Your code is only valid for first-time Mouthology customers — it cannot be applied to orders from existing customers or previous purchasers.

Ambassador Enrollment By submitting your information, you are automatically enrolled in the Mouthology Ambassador Program. Enrollment is free and no participation is required. Being enrolled simply gives you ongoing access to your discount code, exclusive offers, and program updates. You may opt out at any time by emailing care@mouthology.com.

Commissions Where applicable, commission rates and payout terms will be communicated separately at the time of enrollment. Commission structures are subject to change with notice.

Program Changes Mouthology reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any aspect of the Dental Professional Program — including sample availability, discount codes, commission rates, and eligibility requirements — at any time and without prior notice. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Shipping Free samples ship within the continental United States only. Offer is valid while supplies last.
