If you choose a subscribe & save option, our subscription renews automatically on your chosen billing cycle. You can cancel anytime — no fees, no phone calls required. You'll receive a confirmation email with all terms after purchase. We'll notify you before any price changes take effect.

1. How Our Subscription Works
When you choose the Subscribe & Save option on any Mouthology product, you are enrolling in an automatic renewal subscription. By completing your purchase, you are agreeing to these subscription terms.
Your selected products will be sent to you automatically on your chosen billing frequency (every 30, 60, or 90 days, depending on what you selected at checkout). Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on each renewal date at the subscription price shown at the time of purchase. Taxes and applicable shipping fees will be added to each renewal charge as disclosed at checkout. Your subscription will continue on this recurring basis until you cancel it.
Your exact subscription price is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase and confirmed in your order confirmation email. Your current subscription pricing is always visible in your account portal.
2. Automatic Renewal Disclosure
IMPORTANT: YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY ON EACH RENEWAL DATE UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THAT DATE.

3. Billing & Charges
By subscribing, you authorize Mouthology to charge your payment method on file automatically on each renewal date. Your first charge occurs when you complete your initial order. Subsequent charges occur on your renewal date at the frequency you selected. If a payment fails, we will attempt to process the charge again. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. All charges are processed in USD. You can update your payment method at any time in your account portal.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason. There are no cancellation fees.
Option 1 — Cancel online (fastest):
- Log in to your account at mouthology.com/account
- Navigate to the Subscriptions section
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email
Option 2 — Contact support: Email care@mouthology.com. We will process your cancellation within 2-3 business days.
To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Your billing date is shown in your account portal under Subscriptions.
5. Pausing, Skipping & Modifying Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription without cancelling. Log in to your account at any time to:
- Skip a shipment before your next billing date
- Pause your subscription for up to 3 months
- Change your delivery frequency
- Swap products in your subscription
- Update your shipping address
All changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.
6. Price Changes
If we need to change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before the new price takes effect. That notice will include the new price, the effective date, and instructions on how to cancel if you do not wish to continue at the new price. Continuing your subscription after the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
7. Annual Subscription Reminder
We will send you an annual reminder that your subscription is active. This notice will include your current subscription price, billing frequency, and instructions on how to cancel. It will be sent to the email address on file for your account.
8. Material Changes
If we make a material change to your subscription — such as a change in the product included, quantity shipped, or other significant terms — we will notify you before the change takes effect. The notification will include cancellation instructions so you can opt out if the change does not work for you.
9. Refunds
If you cancel after a renewal charge has been processed but before your order has shipped, contact us immediately at care@mouthology.com and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
10. Your Consent
By completing a subscription purchase on mouthology.com, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Subscription Terms, consent to your payment method being charged automatically on a recurring basis at the price and frequency disclosed at checkout, and understand that your subscription will continue until you cancel it.
