Qualifying Reasons

This guarantee covers product-related concerns, such as taste, texture, sensitivity, or dissatisfaction with results. It does not cover change-of-mind returns, accidental orders, or situations unrelated to the product itself.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of your original order date.
